Method of preparation

1. Rinse the millet, then put it in a saucepan. Pour water in there and add salt.
2. Wait until the water boils. Reduce the heat and then simmer for half an hour.
3. Pour the poppy seeds into the pan and start drying them.
4. Place the chopped walnuts in another dry frying pan. Wait until they are lightly browned.
5. Finely chop the dried fruits with a knife.
6. Add poppy seeds, nuts, dried fruits, honey and a little vanilla sugar to the millet.
