Typical mistakes when cooking dumplings
Let us remember that the product is sold frozen for a reason. Dumplings should never be defrosted before cooking, as contact with boiling water will cause the dough to break.
If we are talking about homemade dumplings, then don’t be lazy and freeze them first before using them.
It is important that there are not too many dumplings. Otherwise, when you throw too much of the product into the boiling water, it will inevitably lead to the water cooling immediately.
Be sure to drain the cooked dumplings in a colander. Otherwise, all your favorite sauces added to the dish after cooking will lose their taste and aroma when mixed with water.
