Buckwheat porridge recipe in 3 minutes
To prepare delicious and crumbly buckwheat, you only need water, salt and butter.
The main trick that makes this recipe work is the strictly observed proportions of water and buckwheat. For your volume of buckwheat, you need to take exactly 2 times more water.
We sort out the cereal, then rinse it 2-3 times.
Pour the porridge into a saucepan, add salt and water in a ratio of 2:1. Leave the cereal in this form overnight.
In the morning, the side dish is almost ready to eat, since the porridge will have absorbed the required amount of water overnight. All that remains is to boil it for three minutes and add butter to get the most tender and crumbly porridge.
