This type of tea is produced in China and is one of the most popular among other types of tea.
Pu-erh tea helps purify the blood and kill cancer cells.
The Chinese people drink Puer after meals because it improves digestion and promotes weight loss. This tea cleanses the body and improves health.
We would like to highlight two ways to brew Pu-erh tea.
Traditional way
In a porcelain or glass teapot, pour 1 teaspoon of tea into 100 ml of water. Then, pour in boiling water. In order for the Puer to brew well, you need to cover the tea with a lid and wait 2-3 minutes. When the Puer is brewed, pour it into cups.
Brewing pressed tea
We tear off a piece of 3 cm from the whole bar and put it in cool water. We heat the water in a kettle without bringing it to a boil.
Using a teaspoon, place the Pu-erh into the teapot and pour in heated water.
The first brewing time is 30 seconds. The second brewing time is 50 seconds. The subsequent brewing times will increase to two minutes.
It is also worth noting that for one person 1 – 1.5 teaspoons of dry tea per 150-200 ml of water will be enough.
Brewing temperature for Pu-erh tea:
• Young Sheng Puer is brewed at 90 C.
• Sheng Puer with aging is brewed at 100 C.
• Ripened Shu Puer. Brewing temperature 100 C.
Pu-erh differs from any other tea in its multiple brewing method.
