According to the expert, we are talking about ordinary lemon and mustard, which can always be purchased at an affordable price.
Take note
First, you need to clean and gut the mackerel, remove the tail, head and fins.
Next, you will need to salt and pepper the fish to taste. Inside, namely, in the cut, you will need to put 1 slice of lemon.
Then you need to coat the fish with mustard on all sides, put it in foil and put it in the oven. Bake the mackerel at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
After the specified time has passed, you will need to remove the foil from the fish and keep it in the oven for another 5-7 minutes to form a golden brown crust.
