If your goal is to lose excess weight, you need to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily.

The final volume depends on gender, age, weight and individual characteristics of the body.

But the average is between 6 and 8 glasses per day.

Scientists have also discovered that sufficient water consumption protects the kidneys from stones.

Researchers say that to prevent kidney stones, you should drink 8 glasses of water a day.

Thus, to lose weight and benefit your health, you should drink 1.5–2 liters of water per day.

Of course, the process of losing weight is always a complex issue.
