Ingredients
To prepare the puree you will need the following:
- potatoes – 1.5 kg,
- butter – 60 gr.,
- milk – 50 ml,
- salt and pepper - to taste,
- cheddar cheese - 80-100 gr.,
- cream cheese - a couple of tablespoons,
- Parmesan - 30-50 gr.
Your actions
If you have bought the necessary products, then you can start cooking:
1. Boil the potatoes in water with salt. After that, drain the excess water and mash the contents of the pan.
2. Add the butter, heat the milk, then pour it into the pan. Whip, add the second part of the milk. Whip again.
3. Grate the Parmesan and Cheddar, then add to the puree. Add cream cheese, the required amount of salt and pepper. Mix.
4. The dish is ready!
