  • water – 550 gr.,
  • salt - 1 teaspoon,
  • coriander – 0.5 tsp,
  • sunflower seeds – 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation

1. Pour 400 g of warm water over the washed buckwheat. Let the cereal stand for several hours.

2. When the buckwheat increases in size, you can add the remaining water and grind it with a blender.

3. Add salt and coriander, then cover the container with a towel.

4. Leave the buckwheat in the room for a day. In summer, you can keep it for 12 hours.

5. Transfer the finished dough into the mold and add the seeds.

6. Place in the oven for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees.

7. Let the baked goods cool.
