Ingredients
To make the sandwich you will need the following:
- ripe tomatoes – -6-8 pieces,
- whole grain bread - 4 slices,
- olive oil – 4 tbsp,
- pine nuts – 25 gr.,
- mint - 1 small bunch,
- balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp,
- ricotta - 100 gr.,
- green salad - optional,
- garlic – 1 clove.

1. Take the tomatoes, cut them in half and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of oil and put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
2. Toast the bread in a dry frying pan or put it in a toaster. Rub it with the pressed garlic. Put one clove of garlic aside – you will need it for the sauce.
3. Brush the bread with a little butter and then with ricotta.
4. Place mint, vinegar, garlic, and remaining oil in a blender bowl. Beat.
