It is recommended to do this in 4-5 doses per day. There will be no extra greens. The more, the better. Fresh dill, parsley, basil will only decorate the dish and add piquancy. A very important component on this day is raw potato juice.

If you drink at least 250 grams of this drink per day, the effect will be amazing. The juice has a beneficial effect on the intestines and genitourinary system, and again cleanses the body of toxins.

Diets for 3 and 7 days

Two-week diet from the Indians
