Carrots are a vegetable that not everyone likes when cooked.
However, if you bake it in the oven, you will get a juicy and tasty side dish, ideal for serving with meat dishes.

How to Bake Carrots in the Oven
To prepare the side dish you will need:
- 6 carrots;
- 1 tablespoon each of honey and lemon juice;
- 4 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- spices including chili peppers and ground coriander;
- salt to taste.
Peel the carrots and cut them lengthwise into oblong pieces.
Grease the resulting slices with two tablespoons of olive oil, add coriander and chili pepper, salt and mix.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the carrots on it and put them in the oven. 20 minutes at about 200 degrees is enough.
Drizzle the finished dish with a dressing of crushed garlic, lemon juice, honey and the remaining olive oil.
