Pelmeni are a popular semi-finished product that everyone enjoys enjoying from time to time.
And if you don’t want to eat them boiled, then you should fry them in a frying pan.
Culinary expert of TUT NEWS, chef and fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova will tell you how to achieve a crispy crust and juicy filling.
How to fry dumplings
Most often we deal with frozen semi-finished products. It is recommended to cook it as follows.
Grease the frying pan with butter or add vegetable oil, put it on the fire. Wait until the frying pan is properly heated.
Place the dumplings on a well-heated surface and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side, without turning over, until a golden brown crust forms.
After the dumplings are fried on both sides, reduce the heat and pour in salted water or broth. There should be enough liquid to cover the dumplings to the middle.
5-8 minutes under the lid is enough for the dish to be ready.
