To prepare the snack you will need 1 kilogram of cucumbers, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of oil, 5 cloves of garlic, half a teaspoon of sugar and one teaspoon of salt, a small bunch of dill.
Soak the cucumbers in cold water for 1 hour. Then cut off the ends of the fruit and cut lengthwise into 4 pieces, put them in a container.
Chop the dill, crush the garlic and mix them together with vegetable oil and vinegar, add salt and sugar to the resulting mixture until completely dissolved.
Add the mass to the cucumbers and leave for half an hour. After this time, the cucumbers will be ready.
