Chocolate Fudge Recipe

To prepare this sweet you will need:

  • 500 grams of peeled pears;
  • 220 grams of dark chocolate.

First of all, you need to boil the pears, peeled and pitted, until the fruit becomes soft.

Then we melt the chocolate and mix the boiled pears with it.

We blend the resulting mixture with a hand blender and pour it into a container (glass jars are best).

Cool the resulting fondant and put it in the refrigerator, where the treat will harden within 4 hours.
