Excess weight is a significant problem in today's society, which is often solved with the help of sports and a strict diet.
Proper weight loss combines physical activity and healthy eating.
The buckwheat diet reduces weight gradually, said Yulia Arkhipova .
Is this true?
This system involves the consumption of a limited set of foods.
Buckwheat is low in calories, but rich in vitamins, micro- and macroelements. Due to the iodine, iron, magnesium, calcium, and vegetable protein it contains, the body's vital functions improve.
This diet method is not suitable for everyone. A limited diet contributes to apathy, eating disorders, and the development of certain diseases. For the sake of a slim figure, you will have to work hard to consolidate the achievement.
Diet rules
The diet is a fasting diet. Its duration is usually about 5 days, but some people stick to this method for 2 weeks.
The list of products is limited. However, you can indulge in buckwheat. But every day the desire to eat cereals disappears, and it becomes more difficult to eat your fill.
It turns out that the portion decreases, and with it the weight. To prepare porridge, buckwheat is washed and filled with hot water (1:2). The dish with the product is covered and left to swell until the morning.
Salt is absent from the diet. It retains water and makes food more caloric. Soy sauce and greens (dill, cilantro, spinach, celery) are a worthy substitute for salt.
Buckwheat is not a diuretic product. But some people on such a diet experience more frequent urges to urinate, because all the salt leaves the body and excess fluid is freely excreted.
When the weight stops at a certain level, cleansing leads to stress and stimulates fat burning. For three days, you need to eat only steamed buckwheat and drink liquids.
