Secret of preparation
The meat will become tender and will simply melt in your mouth if you add vinegar to the pan during cooking. A tablespoon will be enough.
It is also important to cut the meat correctly. If you cut the pieces across the grain, it will become softer.
This is how the fibers are destroyed, which is why it becomes hard.
This way you can cut meat for goulash, shashlik or steaks.
The meat will also be tender if you beat it or marinate it first.
For the marinade you can use kefir, ketchup or onion with vinegar.
What else should be taken into account?
The cooking time of beef dishes also plays an important role.
For example, you need to stew or boil meat for 1.5 or even 2 hours. The time depends on the size of the piece.
It is advisable to cook the fillet on the grill or fry it in a pan.
