We are talking about ordinary pasteurized milk.
Prepare the cabbage in a certain way: first, chop it thinly, then fry it in vegetable oil. Add onion and carrot to taste.
Next, when the cabbage becomes soft, pour 1 glass of milk into it (based on 1 kilogram of cabbage).
Then simply cover the dish with a lid and simmer until it is fully cooked. Make sure that the milk is completely absorbed into the cabbage and its remains evaporate.
