What can be added to minced meat
There are three ingredients that help increase the volume of the mince.
The first ingredient is rice. Boil half a glass of the cereal, cool it, and then add it to the mince.
The second option is potatoes. To increase the amount of minced meat, take two or three medium-sized potatoes, peel them and grate them directly into the minced meat.
Another ingredient is oatmeal. You need to pour boiling water over it and wait 10 minutes until it swells.
After this, the flakes are added to the mince, one egg and one tablespoon of semolina are mixed into the mixture. Thanks to such manipulations, you get twice as much mince for the cutlets.
