Many people love pasta soups, but they don’t like to cook them for one simple reason.
Most often, when in soup, pasta either turns into mush or falls apart completely.
Culinary expert of HERE NEWS, cook and fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova is ready to share her tricks on how to avoid this when preparing dishes.
Chef's Tricks
The trick is to cook the soup correctly. To do this, you first need to boil the broth, then add the vegetables to it.
After this, we begin to fry the vegetables. And at this stage, you need to add the vermicelli to the pan.
Together with the frying, it will reach half-readiness, which will be indicated by the slightly brownish color of the pasta.
It is important not to overcook the pasta either in the frying pan or in the soup. After adding the vermicelli to the broth, do not cook for more than 1 minute.
It's best to bring the soup to a boil after you add the noodles and turn it off.
This trick will definitely keep your noodles from turning into mush.
