Ingredients
To prepare the pate you will need the following list of products:
- champignons – 200 gr.,
- chicken breast – 350 gr.,
- eggs – 2 pieces,
- onion - 1 piece,
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp,
- butter – 2 tbsp,
- green onions – 2-3 stems,
- salt and pepper to taste.

1. Cook the breast in a saucepan with salted water. This will take about 20 minutes. Boil the eggs, then remove the shells. Cut the chicken meat.
2. Chop the onion and mushrooms with a knife, then fry in oil.
3. In a blender, grind the chopped breast, onion and mushrooms, eggs, butter. Also add a couple of spoons of broth after cooking the meat. Beat well.
4. Add the required amount of salt and pepper, chopped green onions. Mix well.
5. The pate is ready! It can be spread on bread.
