Potato diet

Potatoes are a starchy food that retains liquid. They are considered unsuitable for diets. But young fruits help to eliminate 3 kg.

This system is followed for a minimum of 3 days. The maximum duration is 14 days.

The menu includes baked potatoes, which should be eaten in portions. The last portion is eaten before 18:00. Spices, fats, and salt are prohibited.

If you choose the two-week version, then on the last day you are allowed to mix a little lean oil, salt, and organic vinegar into the potatoes.

This diet is impossible without additional vitamin complexes and increased fluid intake.

Buckwheat diet

It is considered nutritious, simple, tasty. Although many call it quite tough.

All day long, eat only buckwheat. Dry volume - no more than 200 g. Do not season the porridge at all. Divide this food into a couple of portions at your discretion. The last portion is eaten at 18:00 (or earlier).

It is also recommended to drink plenty of liquids without sweeteners. Organic tea (especially green tea) is suitable. It is important to avoid dehydration.

If this regime becomes unbearable, it should be supplemented with dried fruits. The daily portion of dried fruits is 200 g.

Follow this system for two days or a couple of weeks. You can burn a dozen kilograms, improve your appearance and get healthier.

Rice diet

This system is considered more diverse than the above. Duration - only 9 days.

Weight loss - a few kilograms. It is not recommended to engage in sports activities during this period.

Nutritionists advise to take relaxed walks. You should walk regularly. The essence of the system: for 3 days only rice is consumed, spices are prohibited.

The next three days are spent eating steamed chicken breasts. The chicken flesh is flavored with soy sauce. The final stage (3 days) is to eat only apples. You can choose different varieties.

Kefir diet

It is considered more effective than the previous ones. However, there are contraindications:
1. high acidity;
2. kidney diseases;
3. disruption of the gastrointestinal tract.

This regime is followed for 9 days. The system is reduced to the consumption of kefir.

Daily volume – 1.5 l. The last portion is consumed at 19:00. It is recommended to divide the diet into three phases:
1. For 3 days they eat only fermented milk products;
2. For another 3 days, eat only apples;
3. The final 3 days - return to kefir.

At the same time, you should train actively.

Losing weight is not a luxury. It is only important to stock up on nutritious, low-calorie foods, avoid dehydration, and burn energy vigorously.
