Maximum comfort can only be achieved if the light in the room is provided by several types of lamps.
If we talk about high-quality ceiling lighting, then it should be uniform and diffuse light well. Spotlights will cope with this task.
The main thing is to use the same neutral temperature bulbs in them and change them immediately as soon as they burn out, so that the strain on the eyes does not increase.
The main source of light in the office is a desk lamp.
It must meet several basic criteria:
- have adjustable height and direction of light;
- be no higher than eye level;
- be located away from objects that cast a large shadow;
- be made of opaque material (plastic, wood, metal).
