Lighting is no less an important detail of the interior than its design.
And if you don’t pay enough attention to lighting design, you may even feel uncomfortable in the kitchen.
Yulia Tychino, an expert of the online publication TUT NOVOSTI on issues of interior design and interior design, is ready to give a couple of tips on the design of kitchen lighting.
Lighting in the kitchen
First, get rid of all unnecessary things on the kitchen windowsill. Daylight is free lighting, so you should definitely take advantage of it.
There must be additional lighting above the work area. Spotlights or soffits will do a good job of this task.
Think about aesthetics too. When preparing food, you want to enjoy not only the taste but also the beautiful appearance of the dish. Therefore, the dining area should also be additionally illuminated.
And each individual event should have its own light. For example, for a romantic dinner, dim or colored light on the far wall will do.
At the same time, there should be plenty of light for a meal with family members.
