Those who get a kitten for the first time have no idea that it is not just a living toy that will delight and amuse you - it is a child, albeit a cat.

Accordingly, he will require attention and care, no less than a human child.

And you need to prepare for this in advance in order to save your and his nerves, since the owners are the only ones to blame for all the kitten’s pranks, since they do not pay enough attention to him.

Moving toys

Only at first glance, it seems that this is the solution to all problems, but it is not so. Like any child, kittens get bored with such toys very quickly.

In any case, your pet will strive to spend more time with you, completely preventing you from working and doing household chores.

Balls and marbles

This is closer to the topic, since during active play the kitten does not pay attention to anything at all.

And here it is important to have several types of balls: during the day you can give your pet noisy, rustling ones and ones with bells inside, the neighbors will not judge you.

But in the evening, such balls need to be hidden in a box out of sight, cats are designed in such a way that they love everything noisy.

Ribbons and ropes

These are also universal toys, and the best ones are those with elastic bands. It is interesting for a cat to play with such toys on its own, and you will have at least a little time.

Resume

You need to teach your kitten to play alone most of the time from puppyhood, otherwise it will not stop trying to get your attention.

Well, and, of course, playing with a kitten is always pleasant and calming for the nerves, it’s just impossible to devote 24 hours a day to it.

We have previously written about what to do if a kitten, out of spite and lack of attention, starts to tear off the wallpaper .
