There are a number of foods that should never be given to animals unless you want to kill them.
Dog or cat food
Despite the fact that ferrets are also carnivores, food intended for cats and dogs is contraindicated for them.
If you want to feed your pet dry food, then you should choose products designed specifically for them.
Food from the table
In no case should you spoil your pet with any smoked foods, fried or fatty meats, onions, garlic or any other products that our table is full of.
Milk
Milk contains lactose, which can upset the ferret's stomach. Ryazhenka and low-fat cheeses can be given as a treat occasionally.
Vegetables
The ferret's body is not adapted to digesting plant foods, and therefore you should not give it vegetables, especially raw ones.
