Yandex Market has begun testing cargo transportation using unmanned vehicles

It is noted that for now, cargo is delivered not only autonomously, but also manually. That is, during the testing stage, a human driver is at the wheel of the drones from time to time.
One trip has already been completed. The truck, operating on the platform of the Chinese Shacman X6000, has already delivered its first cargo from Moscow to Tula, moving along the M-4 highway.
Sensors that determine the robot's position on the road with an accuracy of several centimeters are responsible for the safety of the car's movement. The information about the truck's location is constantly updated in real time.
It is noted that in the future, Yandex Market intends to make unmanned truck trips weekly, and the vehicles will move along the highway not only during the day, but also at night.
