Migration sphere
Innovations in the migration sphere will improve the process of registering foreign citizens in state systems.
It will be easier to identify violators of Russian laws in order to prevent them from entering the country.
The government will be given the right to experiment with new rules for entry of foreigners.
Security in the digital environment
From November 1, Roskomnadzor will begin maintaining a list of blogs and channels with an audience of more than 10 thousand subscribers.
This is expected to improve internet security.
Powers of foreign agents
The powers of foreign agents in government bodies will be terminated early.
Citizenship and Oath
Persons who have received Russian citizenship will have to take the oath before the law on the oath comes into force.
Fire safety
Regional authorities will approve plans for extinguishing wildfires and carry out measures to prevent them.
Also, on November 7, a law will come into force that allows for permanent state control in the area of protection and use of protected natural areas.
Volodin explained that the new changes in the laws are aimed at increasing safety and improving various areas of life.
