It is noted that the postcards will be delivered to any point in the country. Those who wish will be able to sign them and drop them in the mailbox at the 400th Anniversary of Tyumen Square.
According to the administration, Russian Post will be responsible for free delivery of postcards.
They also noted that the postcards will delight people with images of the city, including photographs of landmarks and architectural objects.
In honor of City Day, various events will be held in Tyumen, including a gastronomic festival, competitions for families, a show festival, and concerts.
