A Chinese drug – an analogue of Botox – may go on sale in Russia this fall.
Deliveries of the Chinese analogue of Botox will begin after the manufacturer of the original drug, Allergan, leaves the country.
Binnopharm Group may begin selling the Chinese botulinum toxin Lantox in Russia in August, the company's CEO Rustem Muratov told Kommersant .
According to him, the drug will be completely imported.
He also noted that Lantox has long been known on the Russian market, but did not occupy a leading position there.
Experts believe that this drug can take a significant share in Russia only through dumping.
Earlier, Onishchenko warned Russians against Botox injections.
