Russian boxing champion Dmitry Dvali, who was beaten in a mass brawl in Feodosia, told the details of the incident that happened to him.

As the athlete explained, he got involved in the fight with the aim of standing up for a twenty-five-year-old man, not a teenager.

Dvali explained: "Everyone says that I was defending a boy. But we are talking about an adult," as reported by RIA Novosti .

As a result of the skirmish, the Russian boxer suffered a serious eye injury, which required surgery.
