According to the State Duma initiative, it is planned to monitor social networks for prohibited content. If it is detected, the prohibited content will be removed, and the authors of trash streams will face a fine of up to 1 million rubles and the confiscation of the equipment used to produce the content.

As for energy drinks, their harm has been proven by doctors. Therefore, the State Duma plans to limit the consumption of harmful products by minors.

This may also include restrictions on the places and times of sale of energy drinks.
