The State Duma is discussing a bill on fines for selling lighters and other gas-containing products to children.

He noted that children use lighters during dangerous games.
There are also cases of drug abuse, when teenagers use spray cans for refilling.
Volodin said that serious fines could stop sales of these products to minors.
Thus, the fine for individuals will be up to 60 thousand rubles. For officials, the fine may reach 300 thousand rubles, and for legal entities - up to 600 thousand rubles.
Volodin emphasized that the State Duma will begin considering the bill in the near future.
The State Duma speaker added that it is important to protect children from these dangers.
