It is aimed at combating bullying in schools.

The document proposes sending not only bullies but also their parents to a remedial course, RBC reports.

School management will be able to send information about identified cases of bullying to the commission for consideration.

If the fact of bullying is confirmed, preventive work will be carried out with the aggressive child.

The bill is designed to define responsibility, correct behavior, and change the life beliefs of the organizers of bullying.

Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Youth Policy Artem Metelev proposed to more actively involve parents in these events.

Sometimes, through their inaction, they encourage the child's aggressive behavior.
