Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin announced that new laws will come into force in Russia in September.
Volodin noted that the changes will affect many areas of Russian life.
The parliamentarian announced the upcoming changes on his official Telegram channel.

New changes
Thus, from now on it will be prohibited to remove disabled persons of the first group without tickets from buses, trolleybuses, trams and minibuses.
This refers to disabled people using public transport without an escort.
Requirements for founders of management companies will be tightened. Now they will be prohibited from having an unexpunged or unexpunged criminal record, including in the economy.
State educational institutions will be required to display the state flag on their buildings or on their territory.
Carriers of passenger taxis are now obliged to have civil liability insurance for damage to passengers. This applies to each individual car.
Employers will now pay compensation for overtime work.
The labor rights of disabled people will be additionally protected. They can now claim special working conditions in accordance with their health condition.
