Experts from Sberanalitika and Rabota.ru conducted an analysis of the reasons why Russians most often quit their jobs.

One of the main reasons is considered to be the employer’s unwillingness to raise employees’ salaries.

The statistics were shared by the TASS agency, which has the relevant analysis at its disposal.

It is noted that in order to analyze the reasons for dismissal, the authors of the study surveyed more than 3,500 Russian citizens.

The employer's reluctance to raise wages came first. 35% of Russians surveyed named this reason as the main one.
