In the Vologda region they are planning to introduce serious restrictions on the sale of alcohol.
On weekdays, it was proposed to sell alcohol only between 12:00 and 14:00, leaving the sales schedule on weekends unchanged: from 8:00 to 23:00.
Addressing the Chairman of the Board of the Association of Winegrowers and Winemakers of Russia, Dmitry Kiselev, the owner of Abrau-Dyurso proposed to completely remove any restrictions on wine produced in the Russian Federation.
Russian wine <...> should not be limited by any government decisions, RIA Novosti quotes Titov as saying.
We are talking about products whose alcohol content does not exceed 15%. According to Titov, wine made from Russian grapes should not be limited by government decisions and should not fall into the alcohol category.
It is noted that Kiselev supported Titov's initiative. The head of the AVVR promised to formulate and voice a corresponding statement on this issue.
