The Ministry of Transport supported the idea of banning flights for one category of Russians
Another agency has appeared in Russia that has supported the creation of a “black list” of air hooligans.
The initiative comes from State Duma deputy Nadezhda Shkolkina and Aeroflot.
The Russian Ministry of Transport agreed that a “black list” should be created for passengers who caused disturbances on board, TASS reports.
At this stage, Russia plans to create a single register of persons whose air travel may be temporarily restricted.
The proposed term is from 1 to 3 years. A longer term is provided for passengers who repeatedly commit an offense on board an aircraft.
The media periodically publishes news about passengers who, if they do not disrupt the flight, then force the plane to depart later.
Some people become rowdy during the flight, which creates even greater risks for the safety of other passengers.
The initiative is still at the discussion stage. But more and more departments are speaking out in favor of creating a "black list" of air hooligans.
