In some educational institutions of Tajikistan there is a shortage of teachers teaching Russian language and subjects in Russian. Details are reported by TASS with reference to the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic Jamshed Jurazoda.
It is noted that this situation may be connected with issues of employment, demographic and migration processes.
According to Jurazoda, teachers are currently on vacation, so the exact shortage has not yet been determined.
He noted that after the analysis and collection of data, the exact figures will be known. This will happen in October.
It is also noted that the ministry is currently trying to attract young specialists and create the most comfortable conditions for them. Thanks to this, according to Jurazoda, the quality of language teaching in schools can be improved.
