The HeadHunter service told us about the questions that are usually asked to Russians during interviews.

According to analysts, Russian citizens are mostly asked about their personal lives.

At the same time, as experts claim, women were forced to answer such questions more often than men, as reported by RIA Novosti .

The HeadHunter service noted: “The respondents we surveyed explained that the employer almost always asked them for information not related to their professional activities.”

It is emphasized that 81 percent of women were forced to talk about their marital status, while 75 percent of men answered the same question.

In addition to the above, the employer is interested in the presence of a criminal record or bank debt, as well as the credit history of the future employee.

The HeadHunter service has voiced recommendations regarding the management of organizations hiring employees.

Thus, in particular, according to analysts, employers should avoid overly personal questions, for example, about religion, political views and zodiac signs.
