Russians listed five signs of an impending heart attack
A cardiologist spoke about five signs that indicate an approaching heart attack.
They were named by academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, cardiologist Yuri Belenkov.
On the air of the program “About the Most Important Thing” on the platform “ Smotrim ”, the doctor spoke about five signs that foretell a heart attack.
One of them is a weak handshake. If a person wants to squeeze your hand harder but can't do it, then this is a cause for concern.
In this case, we may be talking about vascular damage and poor blood supply, which is why a person cannot shake hands normally.
Another sign is pain in the legs. It is especially felt by smokers.
In addition, swelling of the ankles, night sweats and shortness of breath indicate an approaching heart attack.
Belenkov clarified that this shortness of breath is a little different: “That is, it appeared, the person stood up, and it passed very quickly.”
