The head of the Central Spiritual Administration of Buddhists, Geshe Yonten (Sergey Kirishov), is seeking to ban the sale of this product, as it offends the feelings of believers.

He demanded that all toilet brushes with the image of Buddha's head be removed from the store.

In a message on his Telegram channel, Geshe Yonten expressed outrage at the sale of toilet brushes and other bathroom and toilet items with an image of the Buddha's head.
