A Moscow court has seized real estate worth more than 50 million rubles belonging to the former head of the Main Directorate of Personnel of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant General Yuri Kuznetsov.
It is noted that the arrest was made as part of the case of Krasnodar businessman Lev Martirosyan.
It is indicated that Martirosyan, in turn, is a defendant in the case of the transfer of a large bribe to Kuznetsov, as reported by TASS .
It follows from the court documents that the accused transferred a plot of land and a house to the general.
The court ruled: “To arrest the property of the accused Martirosyan.”
Such objects include, in particular, a residential building and an apartment in Krasnodar, as well as a land plot in this region.
In addition, the defendant's vehicle, make and model BMW X5, is subject to arrest.
The total amount of property is more than 50 million rubles. The court upheld the ruling of the investigative bodies.
