The doctor warned about the unpleasant consequences of lovers of the invigorating drink.

Nutritionist Sofia Kovanova told NEWS.ru that frequent coffee consumption can lead to excess weight gain.

Drinks with added cow's or plant milk, as well as syrup, are especially dangerous.

It's all about the effect of sugar on the liver. Under its influence, the amino acid alanine is released. After that, you don't want to eat for about an hour.
