Men who beat up a teenager on a playground were arrested in St. Petersburg
The Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for St. Petersburg reported that two men attacked a teenager on a playground.
It is indicated that the offenders were detained by law enforcement officers.
In addition, it is reported that the criminals’ actions were motivated by hooliganism and violence, as reported by TASS .
The police emphasize: “The perpetrators are accused of committing two criminal offenses.”
Loud incident
As the investigation explained, on September 23, two men committed an unprovoked attack on a 14-year-old teenager.
It is explained that at the time of the criminal acts, the aggressors were in a state of alcoholic intoxication.
The defendants struck the teenager multiple times in the head and torso, after which they threw a bottle at him, causing additional harm to his health.
The victim was rushed to hospital. His condition has not been reported.
