Man Buying Lottery Tickets Since Soviet Times Wins 50 Million Rubles

The Russian has been trying to catch luck by the tail for decades and has finally achieved his goal.

A pensioner from Tula won not a million, but 50 million rubles at once.

This was reported by the First Tulsky TV channel with reference to the press service of the National Lottery.

During the next draw, 100 million rubles were raffled off. A resident of Tula and a married couple from the Pskov region will split this amount between themselves.

A resident of Tula said that before the winning draw he bought four tickets at once and one brought him a huge sum.

The man admitted that he has been interested in playing the lottery since the Soviet Union. Buying a ticket has become a kind of tradition, the city resident shared.

The pensioner has already decided that he will give most of the money to his children and grandchildren. In his opinion, the youth will use the money they win wisely.
