According to Alexander Kozhevnikov, watching the current Olympics is like enduring humiliation for your own money.
The athlete voiced this opinion in a comment to RIA Novosti .
Earlier, Tatyana Tarasova expressed her regret that Russian channels are refusing to broadcast the Olympics, which will take place in late July - early August.
According to the honored coach, such a decision by the Russian media is, first and foremost, a punishment for the Russians themselves.
However, the Olympic champion does not think so.
They [the Olympic Games – editor’s note] are of no interest to me without our team, Kozhevnikov firmly stated.
In his opinion, watching the Olympics without Russian athletes means enduring humiliation at your own expense. Therefore, it is better to invest the funds in the development of children's sports in the Russian Federation.
