Investigative bodies have established that sixteen minors aged between 4 and 16 were locked in a rented apartment for a long time, where they were tortured.
One of the victims managed to escape and sought help at a nearby store.
On the night of July 12, local law enforcement officers and Interior Ministry operatives managed to rescue the children.
In addition, the police detained the criminals who held the minors captive. They turned out to be two citizens of Tajikistan.
