In Serpukhov, a man hit a boy who had quarreled with his grandson

An incident involving a minor occurred in the Serpukhov urban district. The Moscow Agency reports details with reference to the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Moscow Region.
The scene of the incident was a children's playground near a house on Gvardeyskaya Street.
It is noted that at the specified location a quarrel occurred between two boys born in 2016 and 2011.
According to the press service, one of the boys went to his grandfather and complained about the enemy. The man decided to protect his grandson, so he taught the second boy a lesson. He hit him on the head.
It was also noted there that law enforcement officers detained the offender - a man born in 1962. Now he faces punishment and liability.
It is added that the child will have to undergo an examination. After that, an appropriate decision will be made.
