Since the beginning of July, changes in the federal law on the national payment system have made the work of fraudsters more difficult, writes RBC .

Increased bank controls over transfers have made the process of withdrawing stolen funds much more difficult.

Now the attackers need more cards of fake bank clients. To do this, they are ready to look for droppers even in game chats and on dating sites.
