Co-owner and head of the DNS group of companies Dmitry Alekseev commented on the situation that has developed around the Wildberries marketplace.
According to the expert, WB founder Tatyana Bakalchuk risks losing her business.
In his official Telegram channel, Alekseev stated: “If a merger between Wildberries and the outdoor advertising operator Russ occurs, the consequences will be negative.”
According to the head of DNS, Bakalchuk will most likely lose 35 percent of the 10 billion dollar business.
Moreover, as Alekseev emphasized, the founder of Wildberries may completely lose control over the marketplace.
The expert also responded to the divorce proceedings of the Bakalchuk spouses.
According to the head of DNS, this case is unprecedented.
Alekseev also admitted that Tatyana Bakalchuk, as the sole manager of Wildberries, could make “not entirely correct” decisions.
